Truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location of the property was marvellous - within a close distance from a national park. The room turned out to be updated and well-appointed with good water pressure in the shower, a fridge, the heating.

Favourable location very close to past government buildings and parking garages and the Lowell Inn and cafes and restaurants, it's central. The staff is WELCOMING, pleasant.

Everything was great, had a great stay for a Short Business Trip. Units with a fridge. Coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge were a nice touch. The hotel was in the central setting right in downtown.

Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and updated room. The staff was courteous & welcoming. The service was excellent, that made the hotel functional and absolutely great place. Besides, I parked nearby. It had central location close to Working People Exhibit Local History Museum.

The hotel was in a central location to downtown restaurants etc. Updated and well-appointed room for what we needed with a comfortable bed, good water pressure. The service provided there was excellent.

Clean and Comfortable

We stopped at Umass Lowell Inn And Conference Center for one night during our road trip to Maine. The front desk was open when we arrived very late at 1:30 am, which was a relief. The room was simple, but it was spotless and had everything we needed. Parking in the nearby garage was convenient and free. We felt safe in the area, and the view from our window was beautiful. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was basic but sufficient. The only downside was the pillows, which were too soft for my liking, but my boyfriend loved them. I would recommend this hotel for a short and affordable stay without any major issues.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was amazing! The staff were very very helpful and highly courteous, thanks to them everything was modern. The hotel had a good and perfect location feet from a multi-use auditorium.

The setting was ideal, not far from restaurants and downtown Lowell, and the center. I had coffee at Dunkin', located within 5 minutes walk. The room was updated and big size with comfortable beds and my experience was comfortable.

The size of the room was impressive and it was relatively clean. The location was convenient as it was close to restaurants and other amenities. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay a bit more pleasant.

The bathroom was lacking proper lighting, making it difficult to get ready. The heating system was a nuisance as it seemed to have a mind of its own, leaving us either freezing or sweating throughout the night.

The hotel was perfect with updated and clean rooms. The staff were nice day and night. The room with a fridge. A shower, hair dryers and terry robes was a plus.

A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Courteous staff with a good portion of humor. Marvellous location, very close to a multi-use auditorium, thoroughly enjoyed this place.
